Never Ending Weeds

More weeding today. With the rain, there were plenty of new shoots. But it was a good cool day if not dry. I laughed a lot when I came inside to attempt a sewing project. It's not something I've had loads of practice with so it was rough and more time consuming than it should have been but it was for practicality, not for aesthetic, plus it was black thread on black fabric. This evening we had a brief sing along with one of the French songs I have memorized which was fun.
