More Great Food

After over a week here, I have gotten better at saying no to fantastic food when I am full. It's been cooked so well here that each time we sit down for dinner, I have a hard time not feasting on it. This evening we had frittata with mushrooms, red cabbage, oregano and spinach followed by crêpes!

For work we did more of the same stuff as yesterday but then got to work in the soil. We pulled out grass and weeds from around some plants that are going to become a hedge and then added mulch around them. After maybe two and a half or three hours on that we got 42 done and we have many more to go.
