Slow Tuesday

Not much happened today. After making myself an omelette, I just did another 5 hours of weeding, enjoyed a spattering of rain towards the end and went on a nearly fruitless trip to the store. Apparently there are about 10 different holidays in May for the French and unlike in the U.S., even on these minor holidays stores cut their hours by more than half so they were closed this afternoon. On the way back however, we found a tiny corner store that was open so I went in bought 3 things. Two of which I was hoping to find and the third being another treat.
