Finally met the person I contacted 10 or 11 days ago. She ended up needing to visit Australia to take care of various responsibilities and just got back today.
So this week I will be doing work both for her and for the family who own the property. Today me and the other workaway got to do a full days work with no supervision which was fun. We just cleaned some lights and painted three doors. Then we threw out a giant carpet out of the pigeon shit covered attic and then had to clean up the mess it created. After that, we were able to hang out from 4:30 on and had a really nice dinner.
