Another Dordogne Day

Dordogne is the name of the river valley I'm in outside of Sarlat, France.

I woke up at 6:50 this morning and made breakfast for me and the other person staying here. Then I went on a couple walks and explored the properties. I was shown a family chapel that was carved out of a rock cliff face which was spectacular. During the second excursion, I went barefoot to try to toughen my feet up some. There were plenty of new photos taken as is my habit.
After a shower and a nice filling lunch, I laid in bed for a couple of hours listening to my music. Before dinner, a couple of people here took me for a short car ride to the incredible little bastide* of Domme built in the 13th Century.
If you are interested in learning more about the place and seeing some photos visit

I can't wait to return for more photos; it was a short trip.
